What I Wore In Paris

Bonjour!

Thanks to everyone who joined us last week for What I Wore!  It's simple - take pictures of your daily outfits, and share them with The Blended Blog on IG or through our weekly Wednesday link ups.

I'm back from Paris, and it was beautiful and inspiring.  There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful this trip was.  However, I'll give it my best shot, because there's so much to share.  Come back on Friday for day one, where we explore our neighborhood while trying to stay awake!

I had a hard time packing for Paris, but thanks to the advice of some in-the-know friends, I filled my suitcase with dresses.  The weather was sunny and hot, and I fit right in with the lovely Parisian ladies.  I had expected a lot of black and white, so I was surprised to see so much pattern and color.  I'm not sure if it was due to the weather, or their extended summer, but the locals were definitely embracing feminine prints and bright palettes.

This dress was perfect for a day visiting the palace and gardens of Versailles.

Next week I'll share some of the many pictures I took of Parisian Style.  We spent many hours people watching, and it was easy to pick out the chic locals.
