TBB Style: Winter Wear

Happy Wednesday, friends!  Welcome to another edition of  TBB Style.    We hope you'll join us and link up your fashion posts below, and check back to see if you are featured!

Today it's all about the winter style.  Normally, winter around here means lots of rain and gray skies.  But this year, we've had our fair share of cold temperatures and even a little snow.  And if it's cold, I'm wearing all the layers!

Turtleneck, flannel shirt from American Eagle, cords, fur lined boots, and of course, a tuque.  Am I the only one still wearing cords?  I don't even care, because they fit like jeans but add an extra layer of warmth.  My favorites are these from Kut From The Kloth.

I'd like to thank mother nature for providing the perfect backdrop for my pictures.  The weatherman predicted an inch of snow, but on Sunday we woke up to half a foot instead.  And no power.  So I threw on this outfit and we headed out to brunch.

It's pretty, I guess.  How long until spring?

  4. My Winter style needs tons of help. I live in spandex, sweatshirts and thick handmade scarfs. I also love rocking flannels, they make me feel cozy and stylish. It was 70+ degrees last week in Oakland now it’s 44 :( Spring needs to come ASAP!

    1. I would have a hard time with a winter wardrobe where you live. It's so beautiful! Yes, spring needs to get here!

  5. You are dressed for Winter for sure my friend and you look terrific! It is beautiful but I'm sure it's no fun waking up to no power. When we lose power here it's Summer and we're roasting so that's no fun either. But that picture looks like a Winter wonderland!

    1. We don't often lose power, but the snow was so wet and heavy, it was bringing down trees all over.

  6. Snow is so beautiful, but I'm good with one snow storm. Bring on spring! But at least you're staying cozy and cute in the cold. I love to layer turtlenecks under flannels, so comfortable!

  9. What a great style! That's my signature winter outfit. Today was 77 and sunny and that was SO eerie. And tomorrow it's supposed to snow 1-3 inches!

    1. I would love a 77 degree day - but then I'd be so sad when it went back to winter!

  13. Totally pretty! For like a day 😏 I love that color of your plaid shirt! It’s kind of springy without being too springy.
