Welcome to November and the first week of Fall Favorite Finds with my fashionable friends at The Blended Blog. Every Wednesday we'll be sharing some of our favorite fall pieces, and I hope you'll join us and link up below.
I know I've said it before, but it needs repeating. I am not a fashion blogger. You won't find the trendiest trends, or unique vintage pieces, or beautifully crafted photos on my blog. Although I have a degree in fashion and it's a passion of mine, my work from home, Pacific Northwest mom lifestyle doesn't support a true fashion blog.
What you will find in this space is a blogger who enjoys getting dressed in something besides yoga pants once in a while. I like to share outfits that the typical woman can put on and feel pulled together and pretty. While I admire and love reading the fashion blogs out there, I'm probably never going to be one of them. I'm okay with that, and I assume since you're here, you're okay with it too.
Moving on...
I spent most of last summer in dresses, and even though the cooler temps are here, I'm not ready to give them up. Enter a little plaid and some tights, and I'm good to go. But the real favorite find today are my new booties from Carlos by Carlos Santana. I love the color, the heel height, and the buckle detail, and they'll go great with jeans too.

DeleteOh, those booties are so cute! I like a lower heel, too. I have a couple of plaid dresses, I just love wearing them with booties or boots. Plaid is def. my fall jam! You look super cute!
