This month, my friends Carrie and Whitney brought back Create28 for a winter 2017 edition. Since I'm shopping my closet and not the stores, I was so excited when they released the prompts.
Hooray, I thought! I shall follow each day and choose an outfit from my closet. What a fun way to re-mix and re-think!
And then I spent the next five days in sweats, which might be a new record for me. And I'm not even sick. In my defense, I was working on tax prep, doing some major organizing, and there were a few snow days thrown in. I didn't even leave the house.
I did finally manage to get myself dressed in this cute sweater poncho and Wit & Wisdom jeans. Which kind of felt like sweats, so maybe it doesn't really count.
Anyway, the tax prep is done, the snow is mostly gone, and I'm still on a shopping ban, so I'm ready to try again. I shall follow each day, and choose an outfit from my closet...

DeleteI really love this outfit! The gray poncho looks almost like a sweater and not huge like some ponchos are! Very cozy and the b/w stripes are an added bonus!

DeleteThe sweater poncho is gorgeous. It's seriously lacking in my closet. I often play the IG prompts. I may well have a go next week once I'm back into work mode clothes.

DeleteOnce again you have proven that you can rock anything! I have never tried a poncho.. except for the cheap ones you wear not to get wet. Clearly in a different league than this.

DeleteLove the look and your teeth look A-mazing! I haven't gotten to even wear a sweater yet except when we went back to KY. We're in t-shirts down here. It was 72 today and 80 tomorrow. It figures I bought two cute pair of winter boots, but I'm wearing flip-flops!
