Weather update from Seattle, because you know you've missed them. We've had typical June craziness - hot one day, cool and gloomy the next. Thursday a "potent cold front with steady rain and winds" comes through. Oh yay.
However, I shall press on with "the month of the dress", because eventually I'll be able to actually wear them. Last week I shared a midi/maxi, and this week I'm wearing a black swing dress from Old Navy.
Seattle is one of the top selling cities for sunglasses, which I find strange. My theory is that since we don't need them every day, we're constantly losing them. See weather situation above. I have a nice pair that I've managed to hold on to for a while, but in the summer I like to buy a few trendier, inexpensive ones. Nordstrom has a huge selection under $15, and they're a perfect way to try something new.
Time to link up! I hope you'll join us again this week, and follow along with #theblendedblogstyle.
I always love dresses styled with sneakers! The military jacket is the perfect layering piece! This is such a cute look!

Thanks Carrie!
DeleteThat is a little odd that with the cloudy days - people buy the most sunglasses - maybe its for the reflection off the rain puddles or clouds... I love your military inspired look.
