It's Lifestyle Systas Friday, and this week we're sharing our 5 Favorite Things About Fall, which just happens to be my favorite season!
--Hiking. There is no better time to hike in Washington than in the fall. The mornings are crisp and clear, the afternoons are warm, and the trails in the mountains are stunning. In September and October we hike every weekend if its not pouring down rain.
--Hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee girl, but give me a cup of melted chocolate in milk and I'm SO happy!
--Fall clothes. Boots, sweaters, scarves, coats - I love it all. Fall clothes are so warm and comfy, and they hide the...ahem...problem areas so much better than shorts and a tank top.
--My crock pot. I make at least two meals a week in the crock pot once fall rolls around. It's so nice to come home to a delicious smelling house, with dinner already done. I'm always on the lookout for new recipes, and I found these at Home. Made. Interest.. Yum!
--New TV shows. So much promise every fall .... until the networks cancel them after only two episodes. Last year we discovered The Goldberg's. If you remember the 80's at all and like to laugh, you need to be watching this show. It's hilarious and spot on!
I hope you'll link up below, or join us in two weeks for 5 Favorite Pictures of Me. Now, that is going to be a treat :)! Be sure to check out the other Lifestyle Sistas!
I haven't watched The Goldberg's yet but am always looking for something we can watch together as a family. I'm checking out your crockpot recipes. It's the only way I can get dinner made during the week!
