My New Happy: A Disney Christmas

A Disney Christmas

We just got back from a family vacation to Walt Disney World in Florida.  I'll write more about it one of these days, but today I thought I'd share some of my pictures.

One of my favorite things about Disney is their attention to detail, and I've always wanted to see their Christmas decorations.  They outdid themselves.

Lifesize - all gingerbread - it smelled wonderful!

I'm running away to live in this lobby.

And of course, Cinderella's Castle, decked out with Christmas lights.  It was absolutely breathtaking.

But alas, all vacations must come to an end.  After leaving 80 degrees and sunny, we returned home to this.

Oh well.  Have a great weekend!

  1. I haven't been to Disney World since I was in high school but even then I remember all the details. It is one of things that separates them from theme parks. I'm sure the Christmas decorations were breath taking!

  2. I have to say that these pictures embody the old saying "feast for the eyes". That first tree is just exquisite.

Our blogging schedule is so similar - once again my thumbnail is right after yours at #Saturdaysharefest!

    1. You should definitely go to Harry Potter next time you're there. We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and LOVED it!
