What a weekend. And not in a good way.
It was emotionally draining and disappointing. Nothing tragic happened, and we're all okay. I'm just glad it's over, to be honest.
I won't bore you with the details.
Instead, how about a sunset? I took these pictures of the sun going down behind the Olympic Mountains from my deck last night.
I promise to be back tomorrow in a much better mood.
I'm sorry your weekend didn't go as planned! Thinking of you!

I hate you didn't have a good weekend. I hope this week more than makes up for it---beautiful photos :)
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are fabulous... and yes, I understand when things don't necessarily go wrong but they don't go completely right... I hope the week ahead is much better Lana :)
ReplyDeleteBummer about the weekend. Maybe the rest of the week will surprise you and be that much better.

ReplyDeleteI'm really sorry that you had a crappy weekend. If you need to talk email me Lord knows I dump on you enough. Would love to return the favor. Thinking about you!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful sunset! Those colors are amazing. I can always be set right with the wonders for nature! Hope you are feeling better today :)
ReplyDeleteA beautiful sunset just perfectly caps a day. Be it good or bad, it's capped.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about the weekend! We had a good one, but I passed my cold to Cassidy like a baton in a relay. I made a full recovery, with nary a lingering symptom, and he's thick in it.
ReplyDeleteThe Olympic Mountains - seeing them is on my bucket list.
Such a beautiful scene right outside your home. Wow!
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping this weekend is much better. In the meantime, sure enjoying your sunsets.
